Plastic Wrap Removal; Vial Loading System

PennTech provides a system to quickly remove the plastic wrap from vial-bricks. The system is designed for all brick formats and can be adjusted without tools.

1. Place brick upside down onto the platform; the bricks fit snugly, the vials are positively controlled. Slit the wrap open, remove the top part.	2. Place and secure the lid.
3. Rotate the flip table onto the infeed platform of the vial washer.	3. (table flipped onto infeed platform)
4. Unlock the flip table and rotate back; the vials are positively controlled	5. Remove the rest of the plastic wrap, push the vials onto the infeed accumulating table of the vial washer.
