RW-250 Vial Washer
A semi-automatic vial washer for low speed pharmaceutical and biotech applications. The output is, dependent on the operator and vial size, 30-70 vials/min. Typical batch size: 2,000-12,000 vials. Vial range 2-100ml. (change parts required). The RW-250 includes 6 stations for WFI cleaning and sterile air blowing. The RW-250 is designed for clinical studies and start-up companies. Optionally, a WFI skid with an 80 liter tank is available Heating elements bring the WFI up to 80° The skid includes a sanitary centrifugal pump, providing the vial washer with 70psi (5 bar) water. After cleaning, the vials are discharged into a tray.

RW-500 Vial Washer
The RW-500 is the industries smallest automatic vial washer and is designed for low output pharmaceutical and biotech applications. The output is 40-100 vials/min, dependent on the vial format. Typical batch size: 10,000-25,000 vials. Vial range 2-100 mi (change parts required). Rotary infeed table with automatic loading of the vials into the vial holders. Options include: Recycling of WFI, intermittent spraying and automatic lid lift mechanism. Changeover time: 20min.

RW-800 Vial Washer
The RW-800 is a medium speed automatic vial washer for pharmaceutical and biotech applications with an output of up to 200 vials/min (2ml). The RW-800 is a compact machine with a footprint of 90x130cm (36”x51”). Vial range 2-250ml (change parts requires). Options include: Recycling of WFI, intermittent spraying and automatic lid lift mechanism. Changeover time: 20min. With recycled WFI and intermittent spraying, the WFI consumption is 4-8 liter/min, dependent on the vial format.

RW-1150 Vial Washer
The RW-1150 is a high speed automatic vial washer for pharmaceutical and biotech applications with an output of up to 400 vials/min (2ml). Vial range 2-500ml. (change parts requires). Standard features include: Recycling of WFI, intermittent spraying and automatic lid lift mechanism.

TP-1 Tunnel Loader
The TP-1 is compact tunnel loader suitable for sterilizing tunnels with a belt width of up to 600mm. The TP-1 accommodates the full range of pharmaceutical vials, from 2-100ml, without change parts. Even small unstable 2ml vials are gently loaded onto the tunnel belt without tipping over. The TP-1 allows full access to the tunnel infeed area.

TP-4 Tunnel Loader
The TP-4 row-by-row tunnel loader is designed for tunnels with belts over 600mm wide. The benefit of the TP-4 is that the tunnel belt movement can be synchronized with the TP-4 movement at vial format level. This results in an optimum tunnel loading pattern without gaps in the vial pack. This in turn contributes to an even heat distribution in the sterilizing chamber of the tunnel. The TP-4 is PLC-controlled so that the loading speed and travel distance are automatically set per vial format.

Trayloader 100
The PennTech single trayloader is designed for low to medium output, aseptic and non-aseptic applications.

Trayloader 200
The PennTech dual trayloader is designed for medium to high output, aseptic and non-aseptic applications.

Sterilization Tunnels
The PennTech tunnels are designed for the continuous sterilization/depyrogenation of pharmaceutical glass containers, using hot air, in a class 100 environment according to US Federal Standard 209d.

FS-22 - Filling Stoppering Machine
PennTech offers a state-of-the-art aseptic filling machine, model FS-22. The machine is designed specifically for low to medium speed pharmaceutical, biotech and animal health filling and rubber stopper inserting applications.

Automatic Loading and Unloading Systems
PennTechs customized Automatic Loading/Unloading Systems can be installed as part of a new freeze dryer installation and as retrofit with almost all existing freeze dryers.

Capping Machine
PennTech offers a state-of-the-art aseptic capping machine, model AC-6. The machine is designed specifically for low to medium speed pharmaceutical, biotech and animal health capping applications.

External Vial Washer
PennTech's decontaminating machines are designed to clean the external surface of vials. Purified water, W.F.I., detergent and detergent mixtures are media options used for surface decontamination.

Sanitary Conveyors & Accumulation Tables
PennTech manufactures an array of standard and custom sanitary conveyors and accumulation tables, including transfer disks. All systems are of the highest quality, completely customizable and direct driven (zero maintenance).
